The Center for Hospice & Palliative Care does not sell, rent, disclose or share any personally identifiable information (i.e. your name, home or e-mail address, telephone number, credit card number, etc.) collected online on our site, to any third party unless authorized to do so by the person submitting the information, or we are required to by the law. The Center also does not market to, or knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of 13.
How We Use the Information You Provide to Us
The Center uses the personally identifiable information you provide to us online to

The Center provides opportunities throughout our site to contact a representative for more information. The Center ensures the security of the personal information you provide to us through our secure site: https://secure.palliativecare.org. All information you provide to us through this site is encrypted and can only be read by select staff members of the Hospice Foundation of Western New York, an affiliate of The Center for Hospice & Palliative Care.
