Grief Education Programs

The Pastoral Care Department at Roswell Park Cancer Institute in collaboration with Life Transitions Center, Inc. are offering two grief education programs for adults who have experienced the loss of a spouse, partner, sibling, parent or other loved one. The Grief Education Film Sessions will identify some of the common struggles we share as we experience the grief journey. Contemporary film clips will be used for discussion of each topic. The Grief Education Book Club will explore a compassionate way for overcoming the painful symptoms of prolonged grief as well introduces a 12 month process of self-care.
